Yeah this is going to be a cluster fuck of mega proportions!
Someone and their families may even end up seriously hurt!
If a a home invasion happens due to this………..sorry human error:wtfsmilie: dose not imo cover it…….but I’m sure that will all come out in the official enquiry of the event that will then be redacted and then buried under a 70y secrecy act! Just so the bums at the top are still covered!
Mean while the cops on the front line keep getting the bad rap!
On that note it was interesting that they only two pics in the article only showed some rifles and a building.
No photo of statement giver……lol bum covering is at maximum already :XD:
FFS that didn’t take long. The human factor is always going to be the weak link & one that can NEVER be fixed. No matter how many “assurances “ and weasel words are spewed forth by police HQ, Cahill and politicians. And a massive waste of tax $$
To be fair DOC did this recently for me and some others. Sooner or later human error kicks in.
That's why data loss prevention software is common to warn on emails being sent with specific content - a handy reminder to check at least.
Always a good idea to have a fairly generic email address so you're not disclosing too much if it ends up on a list.
It's not the first. The first was during the confiscation. The second was files left at central police station.
yup DLP is key, many many government agencies have learned this lesson the hardware with cc emails. Shit like this is 101 especially when there are 250000 LFO all waiting for you to make a mistake. But I have said in the past the cops never get enough budget for a full roll of toilet paper.
Lol and on top of it, this is probably also an "activation event" for the recipients.
Very apt pic Viper it would be funny if it was put so tragic, when the police say “we only leaked to other licence holders so no worries”,
Do they forgot about all the 501s and patched gang members they gave licences to?
