About LinkBacksDeclare it, if it needs a police order form you should declare it. Their scanners are very good now. In fact, it's going to show up as a metal pipe on the scanners so they're going to open the bag up.
Although maybe it will look like a can or deodorant or shaving cream but the shit storm you may experience isn't worth the risk
