My first thoughts is how necessary this is in NZ? Im sure there have been some incidents over the decades, but how young is too young?
This poster hits it home more than anything, its probably the licensed owners that need to brush up on their storage and security if we even need to talk to kids about this in the first place?
Just my 2 cents anyway.
