Yes and no. Kafka wrote about the punishment sometimes being the process, but then again sometimes a bollocking is in order, sometimes a visit to the chair.Quote:
justice is the process not the outcome
Depends on how you look at it. Publicity might not be, but secrecy certainly isn't.Quote:
And publicity is not a requirement for the justice process
Lol fuck you take yourself seriously. Are you the only one who does?Quote:
this constant predictable moronic response to these sort of things is nothing but uninformed and tedious
Such is the chasm between academics and this common member of the public. I don't give a fat cat's arse how adversely affected anyone else might be. Polishing my stones as we speak.
seemed to get a bite out of you...
nothing secret about a public appearance in a public court. Newspapers TVs and media however are designed for worthless voyeurism for the self righteous and simple minded...
And any outcomes are never justice in that modern misunderstanding.... the fools that think that any outcome can be appropriated to any incident have no understanding of the logistical impossibility...
Opinions are like assholes, everyones got one
No one here ever loaded a live round during the handloading process? Not condoning his actions.
course they all have the bunch of hypocrites....
Anyone noticed how systolic only posts to cause controversy? Never constructive.
If he had loaded the firearm at home but been pointing it in a safe direction no one would have got hurt. really not a good idea but there you are.
Please kids stop bickering!
I have yes on the instruction and watch of my gunsmith after he reamed the 308 chamber to field specs. No i have never put multiple rounds in a shotgun in my garage and lost count :wtfsmilie:
reloaders do it all the time.... checking chambering and cycling on sized rounds.... particularly in precision rifle work....
people who buy off the shelf probably never need to.... but everyone should cycle their hunting rounds through their rifle before they actually intend to use them... good enough to do that when you get to where you are going if factory loads.... bit late if its a bunch of reloads... can't fix it then...
Its not the point.... the guy didn't make sure that he had emptied his firearm
