Inappropriate sentencing

Just watching the News, boasting about how many trillions of $$$$$$$s Gaming & virtual reality with be worth in the future. Great clip of shooting automatic weapons at imaginary enemies.
A certain Tennant guy was playing these games & bugger me the people he was playing these games with gave him a reference for a proper firearm. :wtfsmilie:

judiciary nwhen sentencing are bound by the relevant act of law....law formulated and bought into an active role by.......yep you guessed it -that naughty word again!

We're arguing the same point. If the Crown loses an appeal they can change the law. That's the ultimate override. It's better than winning an appeal.
The courts only have the power to say whether the Crown acted within the powers granted to them by the law. If the law is changed the courts have to interpret the law. If the law is in breach of our unwritten constitution then the courts will say so, but Parliament is sovereign.

Have a look at Onward, it's a multiplayer team milsim. Heaps of fun, but also teaches you about the ins and outs of various weapons and squad tactics.

That's kind of interesting, if we looked at the history of NZ settlers the right to hunt and fish freely has been historically and culturally important. I clearly remember being taught that one aspect of egalitarianism in NZ revolved around getting away from the hunting culture in the UK (where rich land owners restrict access to waterways and land).

I think that concept is in regard to the indigenous fish and birdlife. The red deer as one example were introduced here by wealthy individuals and groups for their sport and not for the great unwashed

nope WRONG.....or if indeed that was the idea it was soon chucked out and the game for all was soon entrenched into our nations make up .

Yeah, we had that at TAD. All the Cpls were looking over the bios written by the budding new recruits, trying to wangle the best sections worth of fit and capable recruits, so they could take out the inter platoon sports competition.

One stood out head and shoulders above the average. Did this, did that, always winning:thumbsup:

A fortnight later Busses turn up and disgorge a couple of hundred new recruits. Pl Sgt gets them all lined up,and goes to check out 'The' athlete that all the Cpls had been yakking about. At the call of his name Mr Chuberello waddles forward. Yep, you guessed it. He had won all those games On Line.:wtfsmilie:

Speaking to this .Was out at out duckshooting possie at ellesmere one day parked up waiting for GSPF to arrive .LO and behold a shiny black later model range rover pulls yup beside me -it reeks money. bloke hops out done up to nines and strides over .HMMM thinks me WTF????. he was english and struck up a conversation about "wildfowling";as he called it and more specifically how we went about it here in NZ. Iwas more than happy to oblige and gave him all the details re licenses permits etc etc.his response Im absolutely bloody astounded. Holy shit his gospel on how i twas in the old country made me realise how bloody difficult it would be to persaude er indoors to remortgage the house so i could shoot for a weekend! we spent a very pleasent 30mins or so taslking and i sincerely hoped he joined the clan!
