Thread: Moving overseas

If you move overseas and have advised the FSA then if your still overseas when it’s renewal time you can then get in contact with the FSA and advise them your still overseas.

It’s tricky to renew while out of the country but you can then surrender or just let it expire and provide a reason such as being out of the country residing overseas.

When you come back into the country you simply reapply

As pointed out above “surrender” is different to “revocation” however under the above circumstances you won’t face “revocation” as that applies to individuals with a build up of bad behaviour questioning their status as fit and proper.
