    Mt Wellington Man Threatens Police with Gun | Stuff.co.nz
    That description matches a few people that live on my street..I wonder what acting suspiciously looked like that evening?

    Gone are the days in which kids could go rabbit shooting with thejir .22s and air rifles on the mountain!

    Or even the Howick Small Bore club being based at Ngahue Reserve besides the quarry.

    My other half and i were wondering what was going on, Police chopper was buzzing overhead for over an hour pissing us off while we were having a few 'quiet ones'.....

    thought there had been a bad smash close by.....hope they get this bugger off the streets....
