Talk like that in the U.S.A. is what got Trump in......Effectively voters saw him as a protest vote or a vote of n"no confidence" in the current selection.

Same thing happened here in the 90s. A massive disappointment in parties winning elections and becoming government with less than half the vote saw a protest vote on a referendum that got us MMP. I will not comment as to which system is better as that is not the point. The point is that if First past the post was working, there would not have been a vote to start with....

I won't push my point any further, as it's not on subject, and I probably shouldn't have posted it at all.
I dont think many people share my point of view on politics and expressing it further would be a fruitless exercise.
