yip, Buffalo River 10 gun E-cat.
I paid $1050 from Serious Shooters on the first few they got in.
I choose this one over the Kilwell because it came with the 'Ross' Australian locks rather than the Chinese ones.
Out of interest its only got 7 rifles in it and its basically full... anyway my A-cat safe will be staying...
I would of submitted my application in a while back but with so much o/seas travelling was hard to find time...
Moved my safe into wooden floor area, here's what I did to keep the AO happy,
Nuts from the inside of the safe and thread hammered to be burred over. 6mm steel as required spamming over 2 or more joists (in my case 3)

I would be putting some timber around any exposed bolts (at least 1 looks naked) to prevent access to them. The determined dudes that visit your E cat setup are not the opportunist type thieves and nowadays come with battery powered disc grinders.
Just a suggestion :)
If they (the nuts) are inside the safe why bother "burring them over" Surely if the door is open they will be more interested in other things (unless of course the bad people might like to steel the safe too.) And before you say it if they grind them off the plate end then they can just punch them up burred nuts wont really matter??
I had a similar issue as I was told my bolts needed to be Welded in case someone wanted to undo them, When I suggested that in order to do this the safe door would need to be OPEN and therefore there might be less interest in un-doing bolts unless of course they wanted to steal the safe too, to store their now stolen guns safely
Red faces all round on the safe inspection person, wife thought it was funny as hell
Haha yep, thought it was odd. I'd have been pointing that out if they wanted me to weld it inside. A few belts with the hammer though wasn't asking much

My AO said what I had done was ok as I had burred & bent the threads as well as locked the nuts.
...still waiting for my Licence to come.
Don't be afraid to nag them - they lost my application and it took ages until I dropped into the station and asked a couple of questions..
.. the week after that the license arrived, funny that.
Dunno what AK is like and the guys you meet face to face down here are really good but the back office don't seem to have their shit together
One's up here have been really good, often takes a little while though because of the volume of people to get through.
My A cat took 6 months but E was less than 6 weeks with all the applications going through under the new law change
I will wait a few more weeks, hoping it is in July's printing... with luck...
