Either half the forum was there, and actually saw the event happening, or you guys are making a whole lot of assumptions... Just saying

I seriously do not agree. Either the victim was climbing the fence with a loaded rifle (which he should not have been) or someone else had the loaded rifle while he was climbing the fence and pulled the trigger or knocked, bumped or dropped the rifle causing it to go off and shoot the victim. Sorry ebf but none of those things should have been able to occur. There is negligence here somewhere.
