FWIW I had to give the FSA a smack back into their place when they said that moving home location was a triggering event - it was, but I had to remind them that it had been done before the law change so they could get back in their corner

I bought a rifle later and registered so the point doesn't matter now but @Shinobiisixthree - check you are in the clear
