    Insider threat is always the biggest risk, and hardest to protect against for these things.
    A properly crafted application with all of the security controls in place, and adequate concequences for breaching those controls, "should" ensure our data is safe.
    Problem seems to be that the concequences for stealing our data are ineadequate to stop people from doing it.
