I still load with a whackamole type lee loader and they go bang and things die....
if all the crimps look similar you should be good to go.
only one way to find out how good,dont think you will be able to make a shotgun "dangerous" if your components are correct quantity wise.buckshot is generally a 30 yard load anyway so velocity difference wont matter too much.
looking at your avitar......try some #2 shot if after the Aussie overstayers.
buckshot is ok but the #2s will give you better results,the buckshot will loose pattern way sooner than std shot. if you want harder hitting get some #BBs and yes you can use the steel ones sold for BB guns BUT WILL NEED steel wads (gunworks sell them)
