    Beretta DT10 trap gun value

    Hi there,

I'm new to the forum. I did skeet and trap shooting in my teens and was the NZ junior skeet champion in 1999.

My father passed away in 2016 and left me his Beretta DT10 skeet and trap guns. As I am living in Japan I hardly have time to use them (once a year when I visit NZ) and am looking to sell.

A buyer is interested in the trap gun (12 gauge, 28 inch barrels, hardly used) for between $5000 and $6000.

Is this a good price in today's market? Or should I be asking for more?

    Thank you.

    Thank you for your reply,

Is that because they are not popular or seen as not as good as other shotguns in the same price range?

I believe its because its not the sort of gun you would take duckshooting and that restricts the market.

Yes, The gun is ok, more than ok, however the market is limited, here any way
I would say the closer to 6K you can get the better the deal.

28inch is short for a trap gun & is it fixed or interchoke? this will have a big impact on price. 30 or 32 inch was the normal in the DT10. $5-6k is a good price especially if it is 28inch.

Apologies. The barrels are actually 30 inch with a multichoke.
