any dog older than 9-10 onwards looses tad pole strength I believe -still can but less chance of a pregnancy .I spoke to Takanini vet services today and they have a system that is 95% surety once AI is performed
Tweed or not to Tweed that is the question

They are primarily thoroughbred horse vets so the system could be a bit suss on a dog (rubder glove up to the elbow inside).
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
Rule 5: Check your firing zone
Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms

the only way you can tell how good the dogs swimmers are is by getting him collected, don't be surprised if that old dog has the numbersand strength of a young dog, even if the numbers are low it is still ok to freeze it , millions of tadpoles only need to service a limited number of eggs.

depending on the procedure most repo vets can quote percentages, and most have a fixed price list for it as well, it is fucken expensive compared to over seas........... pretty sure takanini use the camelot method which means they surgically implant the pellets, adds more money to the overall cost but has a high percentage of pups compared to other methods.
