Thread: Our English Setter arrives

Myself and my import partner John have been very excited over the last few days as our English Setter from Ireland bred by Gerald Devine http://gortinreaghsetters.wordpress.com/tag/gerald-devine/
who Iis one of the most winning English Setter handlers currently in the UK .Our dog has been given the name by Gerald of "Failte" which means welcome in Gaelic and some how is pronounced felcha?? YEP LOL
Failte is around 13 months old and a fine looking bitch , not a big bitch as one might find in NZ at her age but a little more fine of features and stunning to say the least ! She is a very styley looking bitch and her feathering is quite eye catching .I watched her pacing up and down the run and setting sparrows as they landed near the compound .I have a job ahead of me with her training as to date I think she has had zip nada .
