    Time to submit against tail docking and dew claw removal ban (they never give in )

    Proposed changes will mean that dew claws cannot be removed and tails cannot be banded.
    Page 62 of the surgical procedures section.


    Submissions in opposition need to be forwarded to MPI by May 16
