Blaze for dogs, what do you use?

    Hey everyone.
Just got a gsp, and being brown with white spots looks a bit too much like a deer for my liking. (worried about other hunters, not me....)
Looking to try find a blaze orange or blue coat made out of light material? Can only find the polar fleece Ridgeline ones that I don't think would be ideal.

Has anyone found any other good ones maybe like a mesh or other light material?

    Thanks.

buy a blue blaze stoney creek air mesh top, bit of velcro for the belly strap.Get your mates wife or mother on the sewing machine. If you go blaze orange you might as well not put a coat on.

Dirty blaze orange would be closer to the colour of a deer than the dogs natural colour.

yip pink sticks out like doggie danglies...so does blue...I have in the past used bright blue spray can dairy cow tail paint...it comes off eventually.mate has border terriers...colour of a hare and a little smaller...my big black bitch mistook mates dog for a rabbit last time we were out and tried to retrieve it LMFAO.

@Jared The stoney creek sizes are all up the shit. like a large is for a great dane or hand bag dog. Cant remember which way around it is know. They are made out of polar fleece. Not suited while on a hunt. more suited for at the hut or while sitting on a clearing on a cold day

    Haha that's hardcase Sideshow

I like the look of the blue blaze, stands out the best in the bush I reckon. Fluro green stands out too since it looks like an unnatural green colour. Always looks best when it's new, so not a bad Idea to replace or repaint fairly regularly to keep it bright.

This is a stoney creek on a recent cold wet day, this thread made me think about it and look back at it think I'll go blue asap.
Yep it's fleece has worn it on warmer days than this but not a summer coat.

She is a 28 kg gsp X gwp the cot is a Med if she was any bigger it needs to be a large
