I do not know of any hearing protection for dogs...except that the gundog breeds have folded ears!! At least you have a few months up your sleeve!
I have hearing protection for dogs , tried to sell on here and no takers ..... I still have em somewhere
they are called Mutt Muffs
I had to get em from America , our dog is very fireworks sensitive ...... in the end we had to use Xanax for dogs , as she would wind herself up as night fell regardless if there was any fireworx

Talk to your Vet.
They may have a solution for you.
Also ask yourself is it wise to risk the aircraft and the other passengers if there is a likelihood that your dog may Freak while airborne.
That said you have lots of time to train your dog and get him used to air travel.
Most dogs I have shared a Helicopter with are very good and just snuggle down and enjoy their ride as they know they are going hunting.

Could also go down the route of a calming cap - basically a glorified sock that goes over your dog's eyes and ears and compresses their head a bit. Some horse owners use the same on horses when travelling.
Maybe just try watching Apocalypse Now on high volume each time before you go hunting :D
I wrap a scarf around my labs head and ears seems to do the job
