Hi iv just had my first go cleaning up and bleaching a stag skull. I'm just wondering what people put on the skull and antlers to protect them from fading etc? And maybe other some mounting ideas other than on a shield?

I use Danish oil rubbed onto the antlers with a rag. And then a mix of PVA glue and water painted onto the skull with a small brush to seal it.
