Made this for a customer. Kind of a kiwi version of the US pack mount. The antlers had quite a bit of offset in them but ended up sitting reasonably straight.

Nothing is tough about having a 70 lb bow and looking like an uncoordinated praying mantis while trying to draw it back.
Not sure what happened to the photos

That is a cool idea, I’ve not seen before.

That is something rather special....well done on a great job.

Well done, that would look so cool hanging in the gunroom, or mancave, or just a good old timber lined hut. Nice job.
What a cool thing for the man cave. Probably not so good with a massive head, even if that's exactly what happened in the day. Bit out of proportion. Good way to repurpose/retire an old buggered pack too
I keep thinking a fallow hind would look really cool with base that sits on table flat with neck sticking up straight and head peering at you. I keep looking at the low table with Christmas tree sitting on it and thinking how cool it would be having fallow hind peering out past base of tree through the aloe vera and spider plants... Just like they do all the time, lay down and peer through tussocks or matagouri.
