Any information on identifying this bow, please

    Hi all bow enthusiasts,
I wonder if someone can help to identify this old bow.
I bought it almost 40 years ago at a garage sale and forgot all about it.
What kind of wood has been used, what kind of string would be suitable, how old is it,who made those and who would have used them?
    Just curious.
    the length is 1.48 meter

any help is much appreciated, cheers 

The plaque and stamps close up on first picture, no other stamps or writing on it.

Looks like a three digit serial number and I'm guessing the other two are suggested best arrow lengths, best draw length range.
