Thread: Sight from USA

I just bought a Black gold mountain elite 3 pin sight from https://sandsarchery.com/ in the States. Great service, ordered it on the 13th Oct, arrived today (21st Oct).
Rob was great to deal with. Shipping was quite expensive at about USD$118 but he ended up refunding nearly half of it. Total cost was NZ$450ish to my door. No GST etc.
Fitted the sight today. Still have to level it properly but really like it. The pins are really bright.

Looks mint - I shoot with the 3 pin Ascent Verdict which is fantastic, I picked it up off Caveman Archery in the Tron a few years ago for a reasonable price.

The new Pro models look the business but they're spendy as hell and it's hard to justify changing as the Ascent Verdict is so good.

The mountain lite is a lightened version of the Ascent, I understand why you wouldn’t swap it. No one in NZ stocks black gold anymore for some reason.

Strange isn't it? They are brilliant bits of kit.
