My first bow was a super Kodiak 60lb which I picked up from Ebay US. It was a great bow but I soon realised my mistake of getting too heavy bow. Could not even come to full draw.

Yes the Blackhunter is made by mandarinduck i got this for when i head to my inlaws in Taranaki for goats. 60lb was a bit of an overkill but after tuning arrows to suit and learning how to shoot it i really love this bow.

The Super Kodiak is super smooth and i brought it for.............$50...!!! off TradeMe. it had a crack up through the riser and was sold as a wall hanger. ive managed to epoxy it up with a couple of pin dowels through the crack and its a perfect shooting bow. A brand new Super Kodiak will set you back about $1,395NZD by the time you get it here.
