You can buy the widely reputed MK I from this site here:

He'll sort you out with the bits and pieces and will accept a return if you don't like it. Get it shipped to your wife, will cost next to nothing. They can tend to pull a little heavier than listed. Mine are a few lbs over. Grab a 45lb - should be just about enough for anything here, with a well tuned arrow. Palmy has a lot of goats that need dealing with. Truth is the whole country is overrun and needs hunters out there on the job!

Thanks for the recommendation @Remote but not looking at buying new bow right now. Just wanted to check if its the sam bow you guys are talking about. Need to sort out arrows for Thunderchild and a decent target first. Down the line if I think I am any good hunting with Trad, will invest in either a Shrew, Toelke or a Black Widow. No charge for dreaming eh....

Thanks a lot for the link of the NZ site. Looks great, got most of the stuff which one may need.

My pleasure. You might as well also bookmark https://archerydirect.co.nz. For anything fancy you can't get locally, you can have it shipped in from Oz at https://abbeyarchery.com.au

Nice, thank you @Remote. Promptly bookmarked. Usually I buy my stuff from 3rivers in US but Australian site too looks good. Will order some Tusker broad heads and Gold tip Trads. If I ever make it to NZ then I will be regularly travelling to over the ditch or ppl will be coming to this side as my brother and wife's sister live there so shipping is also not an issue.

Thanks again for all the help. Keep those arrows in air...
