    DoubleTap cancelled for July

    :-(

Hi All. Sorry to have to announce it but the Double Tap is officially cancelled. Due to the unforeseen range closure we're unsure if the range will reopen prior to the scheduled date.
We may look at rescheduling later if the calendar permits.

I believe the Auckland Council tested them at 65dB which is exceeds their permitted level.
    Result – closure.

    That's a real shame.

Council would have responded because of a compliant.

Any idea on how long the closure is for?

    Cheers

Hope it all gets resolved satisfactorily soon.

Be a shame to loose a range.

No definitive time frame, the club is working with the council on measuring, testing and methods to prevent it happening again, and APC is keen to not fill the interwebs with conjecture or inappropriate discussion that could hinder or delay the process (their words, not mine).
