Yep I hear you. I was watching a Max Michel video and he said he started shooting at 7 or something and would spend a couple of hours dry firing every night. That and being on the Army shooting team for 10 years or so would give him heaps of time to get fast.
I haven't got a hope.

Yep working on a few things. Been using my wife's Ratans to try and build up arm strength and co-ordination. Also been looking at a few drills to improve foot speed.
Don't forget to work on moving in different directions. Everyone has a tendancy to practice the things they like/ that are easy. Work on moving left, right, uprange going left and right, and downrange. As well as reloads every way.Quote:

Saw a good drill where there are 4 boxes in a square about 15yd apart. You have to fire a shot at a plate from each square. You have to move after every shot even if you miss. Keep going until you've shot 10 plates. I'll see if I can find the video.
