    NZ Post rang me today

and said my aluminum rifle stock is ready to be collected at their AKL international airport depot. They told me they won't deliver/deal with ANY gun parts anymore. Just letting you guys know that they are releasing the hostages already. No need for import permits.

If they don't carry firearm parts they won't have much else left to carry.

Well, its their f**king job to deliver legal international mail.
If they don't want to do it, they should give the job to someone else.... oh hang on it's a monopoly.

I really have lost faith with this country.

You are not alone. Throughout my lifetime I have been proud to be a Kiwi, proud of our country and proud of out democracy. Unfortunately democracy has died and has been replaced with a dumb mockery.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!

Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms

I don't see anyone having an appetite for suing them, bigger fish to deal with at the moment.

I assume you paid for the postage from overseas to your door ?

If so it is up to them to deliver it.

I wonder if that is why my two lots barrels haven't shown up yet even though they were released yesterday

"Your item has left our International Mail Centre in Auckland and is on its way to a local/regional delivery depot"

    Good times....

Often takes 1-2 weeks for that bit to happen lately.

I'd ask for a refund of parts of the postage. Problem is that you paid another postal service who in turn have paid NZ Post. I'd at least take them to a small claims court, just for the satisfaction of it. But as I say, bigger fish to fry / cry over.

yes, i live in whangaparaoa and going to the city, to the airport more precisely, is a nightmare for me as I work from home. i will have to spend 3 hours for that post crap (pick stock up). i am also more afraid of people driving around me than people with guns around me. all thanks to ms jacunda "the commie" ardern. yes, jacunda! i won't spell her name correctly. off topic... have you guys seen a video of her saying 15 times the word "comrade"? have you seen how communists treat each other? do you guys know who antonio gramsci is? BELIEVE ME, his theories are going on here in NZ now. guys, I lived for 30 years in a country with his communist "ideas" and the end results are bad! once his theories are implanted, it's very hard to come back! don't let NZ become a Cuba or something like that.
    sorry for the rant!
