    Closed until further notice

Just thought I'd share here that the store will remain closed until I recover from an injury. I stretched or possiblly have a partial tear of the ulnar collateral ligament, that's located on the inner side of the thumb between the thumb and finger. It's from the quality control checking I carry out on the torches before sending them off. The constant loosening and tightening of the bezels I think is the main culprit, especially the larger models. Good excuse for a nice break anyway.

It's not just a little sore mate, I literally can't grip anything without terrible pain, left thumb and wrist are in a splint and my right thumb is getting sore also from overloading it, so I have to stop.

The Convoy torches arrive in a state where quality control checking is an absolute must. I have to tighten screws, retaining rings, open the head to clean flux residue off the led surface, and mod a few things to be fit for resale. I just can't continue without it hindering the healing process. I've been working through the pain for 3 months and it's only getting worse.

It's not just a little sore thumb lol.

I had a similar experience and doctor told me to change hands when masturbating to avoid the RSI.

Danny that is just cruel. It hurts to cross his fingers.
