That's no good at all. Things like that are a.bastard. daughter been dealing with an issue for the last couple of years. A delayed diagnosis after cortisone injection didn't work and a 24k operation. Slowly coming right. Lucky for insurance as not covered by ACC. Would've been ages on public.
Do what you have to do to get right mate

Take your time and get it sorted @Night_Into_Day. Love the headlamps and C8 green lights I've got from you.

I have to tighten screws, retaining rings, open the head to clean flux residue off the led surface, and mod a few things to be fit for resale. I just can't continue without it hindering the healing process. I've been working through the pain for 3 months and it's only getting worse.

It's not just a little sore thumb lol.
A shame you can't get something set up to do the grabbing of the bezels etc for you and save having to overuse yourself in the process. Be a bit expensive to do probably though, but I guess you have a bit of time to think through some ideas and maybe get a solution set up?

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll be getting some good quality rubber strap wrenches for that purpose.

It's when they tell you to change arms because you've worn the rotator cuff out from doing to many repetitive tasks - apparently the official word is that's a sign that you have a problem (or two - maybe more).

I want to say…..”a Fleshlight might come in handy!” But there are way too many puns in that sentence.
