New Range of Thermal & Night Vision to Shake Up the Market

    Falcon optic has landed.

    WHO IS FALCON OPTIC?

Falcon Optic is Sytong's new range of products and trademark for the USA and European markets. Previously their products featured HIK Micro sensors. They have now moved on to their own manufactured sensors cutting hundreds if not thousands off the price.

    WHAT ARE THEY PRODUCING?

Falcon Optic have dropped their price so significantly that they have dropped the 384x288 sensors and are now only producing higher resolution 640x512 sub 18mk NETD sensors. These new high resolution products cost similar, or in many cases, less than their previous equivalent 384 products. For example a 640x512 50mm thermal scope with LRF and Ballistics for $2999

    ENTRY LEVEL MODELS TOO?

Falcon Optic are also introducing a range of 256x192 sensor products for well under $2K that feature a lower resolution sensor but still have range finder and ballistics. Ideal for small game hunters wanting to get into thermal products.

    WHATS NEXT

In the next 3 weeks we will be landing their new multi-spectral scope that features 640x512 thermal channel and a night vision channel with laser range finder and ballistics for $4999. Also incoming is a new night vision clip-on that features 4k Sensor, laser range finder and dual wavelength illumination for $1099.

Hope the operating instruction on these are more in-depth than what comes with your Sytong.

You probably need to specify model if you're looking for comparisons, as Darren said in his review Falcon is just a rebranding of Sytong(and by the looks new models/tech being used).

Falcon is just a rebrand / trademark for Sytong. Dahua tech did it recently too with Pixfra. HIK has done it with AGM global in the USA.
Falcon are now only building 640x512 and 1280x1024 models with a couple of 256 models at the bottom end. They can now do this as they are no longer using HIK sensors but their own inhouse sensors. This means you can now buy a 640 model for similar pricing of the older 384 models. Some Sytong models have survived the Falcon rebrand including the AM06, XM06 and GM06 scopes. But Falcon have also released and will be releasing a lot of new models incorporating their upgraded 640 and 1280 sensors. Probably the most exciting model for us is the multispectral. Multispectrals from DNT are our most popular scope so seeing Falcon jump into this market right at the top end at an affordable price is going to be very interesting. We have a prototype here next week for testing and providing feedback to Falcon.
