   I heard gladwrap was good to wrap around meat and creates a good seal which helps prevent it. I tried it on my last deer and so far better than plastic bags and cheaper.

    Yep you are right there. Back legs will be going to the butcher to get made into bacon and silversides. Some will go to the bakery to get made into pies, I will cut the back steaks into steaks...
