As you can see from the solid base on the NBT's they are a decent bullet, even if they do expand alot in the front half the base will generally always hold together and carry on and penatrate through.

16inch probably ideal handling wise. I had 18inch 308 was still bit lumpy with the can on. I prefer bare rifles now at factory length though am bound to change my mind again
