    Always regret not making an effort a few years ago to get a short 8x57R barrel ( or 308 ) for my K95 I should have sold my R93s earlier and would have got the use from a second K95 barrel.

    I know they are very close up images. But the bases do look a bit variable and the bases are the key to accuracy.
