About AMac
- Biography:
- Currently living in Auckland as this is where my work has taken me, but my heart resides in Pelorus Sound! So fortunate that mum and dad built a Bach there in 1972 which my wife and I now own and our extended family all enjoy. Boat only access means mine is in a shed in Havelock so have taken up Yak fishing up here with moderate success so far. Not an enormously experienced hunter, 8 times to Stewart Island, a bit in southern alps and Marlborough - Lived in Wellington for 12 years and did well in the Rimutaka's an Ruahines. Getting out much from Auckland not quite as easy. Enjoy reloading and heading to the range as always meet good guys to have a yarn with.

Chopped my T3 back to 22" and put a DPT can on, at 24" with the 162 AMax and N560 I was getting 3090 fps, after the chop and can the same load produced 3123 fps ! Not what I was expecting, grouping...
