    They would do it just fine until after ChCh before everyone wanted to be seen to be doing something. Would be prudent to start bugging certain people to put pressure on them to get their act together...

    Pistol grip makes it better for prone shooting. Look at the grip or grip angle on every firearm stock that isn't based on an antique design.

    My memory is scratchy, but I believe a quick dirty load I did was 150gr SST, 43gr BM2, Lapua case, CCI 200. 2650ish from a 18" barrel. Bergara extreme hunter. 218128

    Honestly I think they are just winging it to be seen to be doing something. Alot of this data they are collecting will be worthless and might even work against them in a prosecution.
