    No real harm done at gun city's end (for once). But my statement stands - they impersonated a police officer. If I did that and got caught, I'd expect to end up in front of a judge.

    So is the form not legit if it doesn't have a police stamp? How easy would it be for a dedicated individual to forge a stamp or at least smudge something to resemble a police stamp? It appears to me...
