    Yes Toby - put a thumbhole and a little mag in your E cat and it can be used as A. A certain arms officer says this is legit and it appears to be an over sight in the legislation.

    Sounds like the committee of this range need to strike a balance between safety and sanity. Ridiculous safety rules make shooting not fun, just as much as none.
