Sounds like about time to insist on a refund. Clearly some form of fault in the rifle, not really reasonable to expect you to put up with the misfires and replacing firing pins every 3 months.

If you're careful, try lapping the bolt to the raceways so its as smooth as it can get. Also "smoothing" or putting a gentle radius on the lower rear of the bolt to help it ride over the hammer...

Get a little tiny sharp screwdriver and tap one side of the stubb to turn it out. Put a drop of penetrating oil or acetone ( nail polish remover) on it and leave it a few minutes before trying.
