I'd only be worried if this was a target rifle. Minute of pie plate is good enough for a clean kill, and your group is considerably better than that.

I know nothing about the K except what I have read. Funnily enough I was in AMP's the other day and asked about annealing standard Hornet and Alex said not a problem. I would anneal in your case....

K Hornets are more prone to neck splitting from my experience. Annealing after every firing certainly prolongs the neck life.
