Nothing wrong with Lee for most weekend shooters Personally Id look for 2nd hand RCBS press for a start. Then you can chop and change dies to suit. I use Lee, Redding and RCBS dies in mine.

Yip Mine came with the lever which is a whole lot easier to tighten than the star nut im guessing. Seem to be a well made bipod; use mine whenever the time frames allow

Or you can safely use CCI Magnum primers. I use these in 6.5 with 143 Gr ELDX.

Yea I've gone back to the Hornady 50gr; wouldn't waste my time with the Barnes. Probably didn't make myself clear - happy to swap the 55 gr Barnes for any brand of 50 grainers.
