Can't be too far off the farmland with gorse like that around. I grew up in Galatea right below the hills.

I've been converted to tripod shooting, and wouldn't look back now. Went through a few tripods, and finally landed on something that performs very well. Then went through the whole exercise of ball...

There is zero ricochet risk on a properly designed and maintained range, "zero danger area" ranges are very common in NZ, we shoot both pentratable and steel targets on ours.

Ya gotta laugh that the councils appear to not understand what Defence Forces are all about! Been there since 1940. Greedy councils have permitted the rural area close to the range to become...

2206h is good for shorter barrels too. I'm getting 2715fps with 150gr in a 16" barrel.

I've just completed load development for my T3 16" 308. Less than 10 shots start to finish. Everything shot exceptional. 150gr BT @ 2715fps absolutely destroyed a young Fallow last night.

I don’t bother with mono projectiles Sooner or later you will lose an animal and regret the projectile choice In the 308 I use 150g Nosler BT, 2730fps from a 15 inch tube, send them to the...

Im running 110gr Barnes TTSX in my 308. Perfect mushtoom every time. Straitline penetration, mostly pass right throuh anything I shoot at. Longest kill was at 570m on a Kudu. It still exited.
