It's not a big calibre, but I'd use the steel recoil lug for sure. The action screws can't be tourqued too tight without damaging the plastic stock anyway. From memory it's about 30-35 inch pounds....

For long range you will need the right twist to be competitive with a fast .22 Last time I ran the numbers, to me the .22 with heavy weight projectiles only needed to be 100fps faster than the likes...

Lee universal decapper, I think there only $35. They are tight to de-cap 6br but uniform the flash hole and there all good. Everything else is fine.
