26gr of 2206H with the Sierra 55gr boattail soft point doing 3125fps from an 18in barrel. Used 2206H in 308 as well with some mild success.

ADI make the powder, send it to Hogden, who package and market it as H4895. ADI make and supply a lot of different powders to other companies.

I use 2206H in .308 and .303 I did use 2206 ( old mulwex powder slightlly faster) in.222 so yes you can use it in all 3.

Yep i use 2206H in 223, behind bullets from 55gr to 75gr, it goes good and gives higher velocities than 2208

4895 is also very close to Win748 which is fine in 223. I use 25gr of win 748 or Belmont 748 (or Belmont Action Rifle aka 747) with 69gr bullets. As a broad guide: Powder equivalents – ADI World...
