    Not stinky definitely but..... I've somewhat changed my mind regarding older billies.... Here's a vid of me and a mate trying the fillets of an old billy. Was bloody delicious... I also slow cooked...

    I hope I don't bore people with goat posts. but if you want to be self sufficient then you shouldn't forget that goats are on your doorstep and a reliable source of protein. I used the 223 this time...
