I use a 1/4 drive Warren and Brown ( motor trade) torque wrench if you can find one. Very good quality Australian made.

Yeah I forgot to mention that is the one downside with the "all-in-one" unit. That's actually why i paid the extra and got the other kit with the pre set heads which click over at specified torque...

I would think not too much difference? someone more mechanically minded may be able to offer an informed opinion. 65"lbs is a lot of torque for a rifle part anyway.

Buzz, the Fix It Sticks probably your best option. At the risk of stating the obvious, for ring and base screws, you want a torque DRIVER, something in inch lbs, not a wrench in foot lbs :thumbsup:
