If you are referring to the 90 grain Gamechanger (aka the confusingly named Tipped Gameking) it seems unlikely that it will stabilise in a 1/10 twist. Some quick searching reveals a whole host of...

Ooops - the question was actually primarily about using AR2208 with a 90 grain bullet in a 243. Yes you can use it and ADI and Hodgdon have data for it. The ADI website seems broken (for me), but use...

My experience with 2208 and a 150 gn boat tail is you need 46-47 gns to get 2800+ fps from a 22 inch factory tube. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Apply and patiently wait for your import permit. The nz post might not want to transport your stock from customs clearance to your door. So be prepared for a trip to the airport.

Agree, he'll probably get one or two in the bush, but for big numbers, you need access to private land.

A lot of the land around the lakes is Iwi or Hapu trust owned with multiple beneficiaries. Who ever manages it would have a devil of a time getting answers so probably easier to say no.
