    OK update on my naughty ar15 tried another scope and got same results had headspace checked and it was excessive so sent it to ken he looked at it and its come back with a new bolt and barrel so time...

    ive had good results with speer bullets as far as accuracy goes using hot cores in one of my 6.5s and a 308 and will try them in my 30 06

    Trigger guard on later models has two little plastic indexing pins. Some of the older ones don't have the holes for those to go into. I ve always just cut them off with no problems
