Use 2209 for bush loads with 145gn or 154 gn pills. Around 53 - 54 gns 2209 gave best/safe results in my 284s. You'd need to back off load a bit for 160 - 162 gn pills I'm guessing

In my experience with 284s that would be a pretty warm load, to say the least. Start around 52 gn and work up. I’ve found 53-54 gn is safe and accurate load with 160-162s

Congrats looks very impressive. How long is barrel? What speeds are you getting with what pills ? The brake seems like overkill for the set up? Can’t imagine there’s much recoil ?
