Your firing pin is skinnier than the hole it pokes out of in the bolt. The primer will extrude back and into the gap between the two, hense the little ring around the strike mark in the primer....

You don't mention barrel length which is pretty important but most 7x64's should be running 24" at least (mine is) for R17 55.0 is max for 2908fps at 60,000 psi. My 7x64 shoots any 160/162 grain...
